SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Programme description

The LODGE Studios SMS programme sends text messages to customers and people who have asked to hear from us. Depending on what you agree to when you opt in, we may send you:

• Booking and account messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, changes or cancellations to your session, payment receipts, file delivery notifications and replies to your questions.
• Marketing messages (only with your separate consent): studio offers, discounts, seasonal promotions and news about our services.

2. How you opt in

You only receive text messages from us if you choose to. You can opt in by:

• Ticking the SMS consent box when you book a session or fill in a form on our website. The box is never pre-ticked.
• Giving us your mobile number and verbally or in writing asking us to text you about your booking.
• Texting us first, in which case we will reply to your message.

When you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message telling you that you have subscribed, how often you can expect messages, and how to opt out. Opting in to marketing messages is always separate from booking messages and is never required to book or buy anything.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Booking messages depend on your bookings: typically a confirmation when you book, a reminder before your session and a message when your files are ready. Marketing messages, if you agreed to them, are usually no more than 4 per month.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the text messages we send, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. Check your mobile plan for details.

5. How to opt out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL.

After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you any more text messages unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP, or tick the SMS consent box next time you book.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel any booking you have made. Please contact us separately if you want to change or cancel a booking.

7. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier and network, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or arrive on time. Our programme is supported by major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and US Cellular, and by UK networks. Not all carriers or handsets may be supported.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and the account holder of the mobile number you provide or have the account holder's permission, to join our SMS programme. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP before you do so, or tell us, so that we do not message the new owner of the number.

9. Your privacy

We respect your privacy. We will not sell or share your mobile number or your text message opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. We only share your information with the service providers who help us deliver our messages, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date. If we make a significant change to our SMS programme, we will let you know by text message, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
