1. Refund Window

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of booking, provided the first session has not yet taken place. To request a refund within this window, email info@scalingedge.ai with your booking reference.

2. Fee Non-Refundable After 14 Days

After the 14-day refund window has passed, the course fee of £299 becomes non-refundable. This includes non-attendance for any reason, including illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts. We encourage you to check your availability for all three dates before booking.

3. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of payment without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at info@scalingedge.ai. Upon cancellation within this period, we will refund your payment to the original payment method within 14 days.

4. Transfer of Place

You may transfer your place to another person at any time before the first session. To do so, notify us in writing at info@scalingedge.ai with the substitute's full name and contact details. A name swap will be processed and the substitute will receive all course communications. The substitute must be aged 18 or over on the first day of the course.

• Dates: Saturdays 14, 21 & 28 November 2026
• Times: 11:00am to 4:00pm each day
• Location: London College of Contemporary Music, 241 Union Street, London SE1 0LR
• Price: £299 per learner
